Return Window

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used camp kitchen or first-aid components) may not be eligible for return once opened.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
